In collaboration with A.-M. Lamontagne and D. A. Lafontaine we wrote a book chapter on the use of molecular docking, in combination with chemically focused libraries to explore the structure–activity relationships for a series of related compounds against a riboswitch. This work will be published in January 2014 and included in an issue of the book series Methods in Molecular Biology.
