The Italian SuperComputing Resource Allocation (ISCRA) has funded one grant to study RNA-ion interaction. The grant will provide our group 8 million cpu hours to be used on FERMI, an IBM-BlueGene/Q machine hosted at CINECA.

Additionally, in collaboration with Carme Rovira from University of Barcelona, we received ~200 thousands CPU hours from BSC to be used on MinoTauro, an NVIDIA GPU cluster, to study ribose conformations in RNA.
