Alejandro Gil Ley will present our recently published replica exchange method (title of the poster: Enhanced conformational sampling using replica exchange with collective-variable tempering) and Giovanni Pinamonti will discuss a just accepted paper on elastic networks (title of the poster: Elastic network models for RNA: a comparative assessment with molecular dynamics and SHAPE data).
