Our work will be presented at the workshop Physics of Biomolecules: Structure, Dynamics, and Function, organized in Bressanone (Italy), on February 3-6, 2016. Sandro Bottaro will give a talk on an unpublished method to construct trajectories for RNA folding (title of the talk: RNA folding pathways in stop-motion). Giovanni Pinamonti will give a talk on his recent works using Markov state models (title of the talk: Studying the kinetic properties of small RNA molecules using Markov state models). Giovanni Bussi will discuss some of our latest publications (title of the talk: RNA dynamics: what we can learn from molecular simulations).
