The Italian SuperComputing Resource Allocation (ISCRA) has funded two grants to study respectively RNA duplex response to mechanical pulling and conformational transitions in purine riboswitches. These grants are coordinated by Francesco Colizzi and Giovanni Bussi and will provide our group a total of 8 million cpu hours to be used on FERMI, an IBM-BlueGene/Q machine hosted at CINECA.
