Our research will be presented at a workshop on Computing Free-Energy Across Disciplines, organized in Münster, Germany, on Mar 9-11, 2015. Giovanni Bussi will give an overview of our recent results using enhanced sampling techniques (title of the talk: Using free-energy methods to study RNA conformational transitions), and Alejandro Gil-Ley will present a just published work (title of the poster: Enhanced conformational sampling using replica exchange with collective-variable tempering). Additionally, Giovanni Bussi and Max Bonomi will give a tutorial on PLUMED.
