Our research will be presented at the RNA meeting in Madison, Wisconsis, U.S.A. (26-31, 2015). Giovanni Bussi will give a talk on our recent results on the adenine riboswitch (title of the talk: Conformational changes in the adenine riboswitch using molecular dynamics and enhanced sampling techniques: understanding the role of ligand and Mg2+), Sandro Bottaro will present a poster on a method to analyze RNA crystal structures (title: From crystal structures to trajectories: hopping on the PDB to model conformational transitions in RNA), and Richard Cunha will give a talk on our recent results on RNA-Mg interactions (title of the talk: Mg2+/RNA binding: insights from atomistic molecular dynamics with enhanced sampling).
