Our research will be presented at the Collaborative workshop on RNA: structure, function and evolution organized in SISSA, June 5-6, 2015. Giovanni Bussi will present our insights on RNA/ion binding (title of the talk: RNA and ions: learning from atomistic molecular dynamics), Giovanni Pinamonti will present an elastic network model for RNA (title of the talk: Elastic network models for RNA: a comparative assessment with molecular dynamics and SHAPE data), and Sandro Bottaro will show our methods to analyze RNA crystal structures (title of the talk: From crystal structures to trajectories: hopping on the PDB to model conformational transitions in RNA).
