Our research will be presented at a workshop on RNA Dynamics in Telluride, USA. Giovanni Bussi will give a talk entitled RNA dynamics: learning from molecular dynamics and analysis of X-ray structures discussing our recently published work on elastic networks, an ongoing study on the adenine riboswitch aptamer, and several other on going projects.
